Overview

The Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) tasked the team with redesigning its booking website to enhance the user experience for its loyalty members. The project focused on creating a tailored, seamless experience that aligns with GHA's hospitality excellence and caters to the distinct needs of Black, Gold, and Platinum members.

Objectives

Approach

The redesign was approached with a user-first mindset, ensuring that each element of the site was crafted to improve the overall user journey. By analyzing existing user behavior and feedback from members, design adjustments were made to enhance the personalization for each tier. The homescreen, booking pages, and hotel search functions were restructured with intuitive layouts, and the process for booking extras and excursions was streamlined. This comprehensive approach ensured that the site not only aligned with GHA’s brand but also addressed the specific needs of different user segments.
