Overview
Glueboards was developed for MSPs to optimize their operations by leveraging the IT Glue platform. This dashboard add-on offers customizable insights and advanced metrics, empowering MSPs to make data-driven decisions with greater efficiency.

Approach
The development of Glueboards focused on stakeholder alignment, gathering feedback to ensure the dashboard features were intuitive and impactful. Clear communication around the platform’s benefits was achieved through presentations and prototypes, demonstrating the value of the solution. A flexible, iterative development process was adopted, allowing for continuous updates based on user feedback and changing needs in the MSP landscape.

Dashboard Screen
When a user first enters IT Glue they are presented with the dashboard, a screen containing predefined metrics, a teaser for Glueboards. Once the user has signed up to Glueboards they have the ability to create/edit dashboards within the admin center, skip through multiple dashboards, drill down into metric data, share dashboards with a user or TV screen, create/edit a report, and export to PDF.
Dashboard Admin Center
Within the dashboard admin center a user with account level permissions can create a new board, edit existing, set a default favorite board, add and delete metrics, set a metrics view e.g. pie chart, bar graph, etc, resize metric widgets, adjust metric targets, save board as a draft, publish boards, share with a specific user or a TV screen, create/edit a report, and export to PDF.
Organization Home Screen
A selection of related metrics are viewable via the Organization home screen. If the account is signed up to Glueboards the user will be able to click a metric and drill down into the data.
Reporting
Create a professional report, with the ability to edit, add pages, annotate, save out as PDF or send via email.
