Overview

MOJO Magazine, a leader in music journalism, needed a website revamp to match its editorial quality and maintain brand integrity. The project focused on improving responsiveness across devices while engaging readers, music industry stakeholders, and advertisers. The aim was to create a dynamic platform that would retain loyal readers, attract new audiences, and offer additional advertising opportunities.

Approach

The project began with extensive research and discovery to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the existing site. Insights from stakeholders, including music labels and advertising partners, guided the design process. Competitor analysis highlighted gaps in user experience, particularly in mobile accessibility. Wireframes were developed for key pages, evolving into a cohesive design that balanced user experience (UX) with brand identity. Emphasis was placed on responsiveness, ensuring a seamless experience across devices, and new content sections were incorporated to engage the readership.
