Overview
ConnectWise is a leading provider of business management solutions for technology service providers, specializing in tools for monitoring and securing IT infrastructure. The brief for this project involved a thorough review and enhancement of the Devices section of their security product for device management. The goal was to improve the user experience by refining interface elements, streamlining navigation, and integrating critical features like CVE management.

Approach
The project commenced with an extensive evaluation of the existing user experience within the Devices section, focusing on the device list views, right-hand side navigation, and the actions bar. User feedback was collected to pinpoint pain points and areas needing enhancement. This information guided the conceptualization of design improvements, targeting UI layout, navigation flow, and functional capabilities. Particular emphasis was placed on seamlessly integrating CVE management features to ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
Results
The implementation of the proposed enhancements led to a remarkable improvement in user experience within the Devices section of ConnectWise. Users reported enhanced clarity in the interface, streamlined navigation, and improved functionality, resulting in greater efficiency in managing their devices.
