Overview
Gradient MSP’s Synthesize sign-up process faced high abandonment rates, particularly on desktop, and the absence of a mobile-optimized flow hindered staff from effectively assisting potential customers during events. This project focused on redesigning both desktop and mobile experiences to reduce friction, enhance usability, and boost conversions.

User Flow Analysis: Conducted a detailed review of the existing sign-up process to identify key points where users dropped off, particularly on desktop.
Design Optimization: Focused on creating a simpler, more intuitive sign-up experience with clearer calls-to-action and a streamlined form layout, minimizing steps for users.
Mobile-First Design: Designed a responsive, event-friendly mobile flow, allowing Gradient staff to assist potential customers with quick sign-ups during conferences and shows.
